Our family dentistry services reflect our holistic approach to dental health. We combine dental education with preventative dentistry to teach good oral hygiene and protect your child’s teeth from decay. For adults, we continue this approach with continued preventative dentistry, along with education to help you cope with your changing dental health needs as you grow older.
Your child’s teeth and mouth are growing quickly. Professional dental care begins when your child’s teeth begin to emerge. We can assist with teething and we examine your baby’s teeth and jaws to make sure they are healthy.
As your child grows up, we’ll teach them proper dental care habits such as brushing and flossing, and we’ll teach them the importance of eating a healthy diet and avoiding foods that will damage their teeth. Along with dental education we’ll regularly clean your child’s teeth and provide fissure sealants and fluoride treatments to protect them from decay.
When their adult teeth emerge, we’ll identify any orthodontic issues such as misaligned teeth or bite issues, and we’ll monitor the growth of their wisdom teeth to reduce the risk of future complications.
As you age, your dental care needs will change. We’ll help you with dental issues affecting seniors such as denture care and fitting, how to care for your teeth if you face mobility problems, and other dental health issues affecting seniors.
