If you need a dental restoration to restore your smile, take a look at our same-day restoration services. Our in-office CEREC system can provide you with tooth-coloured restorations, including crowns and bridges, in a single appointment.
The traditional treatment for cavities, fillings restore functionality and strength to a tooth that is damaged by decay. Our tooth-coloured fillings also restore your tooth’s appearance as they blend perfectly with your natural enamel.
We provide same-day permanent crowns to replace missing teeth. Our CEREC system lets us take a digital impression, design a crown, and produce it in a single appointment with no uncomfortable impression trays or temporary crowns.
Our crowns are computer-matched to the natural shade of your other teeth, ensuring that your crown is a perfect match with your smile.
Inlays and onlays are used to restore teeth that require a filling but are not structurally strong enough to support one. They are different from fillings because they are produced outside your mouth and cemented into place in your tooth. Once in place, inlays and onlays provide your tooth the support it needs to restore its function.
The difference between inlays and onlays is that onlays are specially designed to replace or restore the biting surfaces of your teeth.
In cases where a tooth has been completely lost we may recommend a dental bridge as a replacement. There are many different styles of bridges, but they all operate on the same principle: the artificial replacement tooth is held in place by being attached to the natural teeth adjacent to the gap left by the missing tooth.
Our bridges are designed and produced by our CEREC system to be attractive, strong and comfortable.
Our CEREC system allows us to produce high-quality ceramic restorations in our office. CEREC, or Chairside Economic Reconstruction, is the name for a system of computer-aided devices that let us digitally scan your mouth, design a restoration, and produce it on a special ceramic mill.
With CEREC, we can produce restorations without taking impressions and sending them to a dental laboratory. In most cases, we can produce, and place, your restoration on the same day.
